that is less debilitating and stressful. I use therapeutic
approaches and techniques that have been shown to be effective in reducing
anxiety, you will learn to better manage long-standing behavior patterns or
negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more
fulfilling and meaningful life. Enjoying life can be difficult when most of
your days and evenings are spent managing anxious symptoms.
